Terms of Service for Anthracite Services LLC

Welcome to the Anthracite Services LLC website and service platform. By accessing our website or booking our HVAC and plumbing services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Anthracite Services LLC provides residential HVAC and plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance. All services are subject to a physical inspection of the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service if job site conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
2. Appointments and Access
Access to Property: An adult (18+) must be present at the service address during the scheduled appointment. Our technicians must have clear, safe access to the work area, including any crawlspaces, attics, or mechanical rooms.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a diagnostic or service call fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates: Any estimate provided is an approximation based on the initial assessment. If additional labor or parts are required once work begins, we will provide an updated quote for your approval.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept [List Payment Methods, e.g., Major Credit Cards, Checks, Cash].
Late Fees: Unpaid balances after 30 days may be subject to late fees or collection efforts as permitted by law.
4. Limited Warranty and Liability

We comply with all local building codes and regulations. If a project requires specific municipal permits, the cost of such permits will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise stated.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lackawana County.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
